This Privacy Policy explains how
Predicta Future Inc. ("Predicta," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 251 Little Falls, Wilmington, DE 19808, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Lone Survivor mobile application, website at
https://www.playlonesurvivor.com, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Official Contest Rules.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
The Platform is intended only for U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at
baronwins9@gmail.com and we will delete it.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: your name or username, email address, and password when you create an account, and any optional profile details you choose to add.
- Identity and verification information: if you are an apparent prize winner, we collect the information needed to verify eligibility and pay the prize, which includes your legal name, date of birth, mailing address, a copy of your government-issued photo identification, and a completed IRS Form W-9 (including your taxpayer identification number).
- Gameplay information: the predictions you submit, submission timestamps, and the implied-probability snapshot recorded at submission.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact support, respond to a survey, or otherwise communicate with us.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Platform, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location (derived from IP address), browser and operating-system type, app version, and interaction logs, using cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies, including standard analytics and crash-reporting tools that help us operate, secure, and improve the Platform.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive sporting-event data and outcomes from third-party sports-data providers, and account, authentication, or prize-fulfillment information from the service providers that support those functions.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate the Platform, create and manage your account, and record and resolve your predictions;
- Administer contests, verify eligibility and identity, prevent fraud and multiple accounts, and award and deliver prizes;
- Comply with legal, tax, and reporting obligations (including IRS information reporting for qualifying prizes);
- Communicate with you about your account, contests, results, and support requests;
- Analyze and improve the Platform and maintain its security and integrity; and
- Where permitted, send you promotional messages about the Platform, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at baronwins9@gmail.com.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We may share information:
- With service providers that process information on our behalf — such as hosting and cloud infrastructure, analytics and crash reporting, customer support, identity verification, tax and 1099 processing, and gift-card or prize fulfillment — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us;
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms and Official Contest Rules, and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Platform, our users, and the public;
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets;
- For winner publicity, we may publish a winner’s username to announce results, as described in the Official Contest Rules (we do not publish your full legal name or contact details without separate consent, except as required by law); and
- With your consent or at your direction.
5. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, measure and analyze usage, and protect against fraud. These include strictly necessary technologies (required for the Platform to function), preference technologies (to remember your settings), and analytics technologies (to understand how the Platform is used). You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling them may affect Platform functionality.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform and administer contests, and thereafter as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward; prize, verification, and tax records are retained for at least the period required by applicable law (generally up to seven (7) years), after which we delete or de-identify the information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; to opt out of targeted advertising, the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or certain profiling; and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and the growing number of other states whose laws are in effect in 2026 — may have some or all of these rights.
To exercise a right, contact us at
baronwins9@gmail.com. We will verify your request as required by law before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or contacting us again at
baronwins9@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal," and we will respond as required by law.
California residents
If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), including the rights to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, to delete and correct your information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated in Section 4, we do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2, and the purposes for which we use them are described in Sections 3 and 4. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of consumers under 16. You may exercise your rights, or appeal a denial, using the contact details above, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
9. Do Not Track & Opt-Out Signals
Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals, the Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.
10. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the Platform with a revised "Effective date" and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the Platform or by email to the address on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
